The purpose of the competition is promotion of art photography. The comptetition is designed for photographers from all over the world who will send  a maximum 4 photos to each category. Digital sets must be sent in the JPEG  file  in resolution maximum 2400 pixels longer side, multiplied by 1800, square 1800×1800, maximum size 3000kb.

Digital photos may be sent by three ways:

1. on-line: https://fotoclubbardafbardejov.sk/
2. by e-mail to the address: fotoclubbardafbardejov@gmail.com accompanied with the attached Entry Form
3. by post on CD to the address: Jaroslav Gutek, Sazavskeho 4 , 08501 Bardejov, Slovakia along with the participation fee

Entry fee:

The entry fee is 15 EUR plus 5 EUR for each another category or 30 EUR for all categories. Photoclubs with more than 5 entrants: minus 5 EUR.

NOTE:

Photographies without paid entry fee will not be accepted. Fees and photographies must be delivered by 28/10/2023. The participant by submitting his entries declares his approval with terms and conditions determined by the organizer. The participant must be a holder of author rights to the submitted photos and he is aware that they may be published in connection with the exhibition.

“By the sole act of submitting his/her images or files to a salon under FIAP Patronage, the entrant accepts without exception and with no objection that the submitted images can be investigated by FIAP to establish if these obey to FIAP regulations and definitions even if the entrant is not a member of FIAP;  that FIAP will use any means at its disposal for this undertaking; that any refusal to cooperate with FIAP or any refusal to submit the original files as captured by the camera, or failure to provide sufficient evidence, will be sanctioned by FIAP and that in case of sanctions following the non compliance with FIAP regulations, the name of the entrant will be released in any form useful to inform the breaches of the rules. It is recommended to leave the EXIF data in the submitted files intact in order to ease eventual investigations.”
